Le Royaume de Crystalia est sous la menace de l'empire des Ténèbres Yodonheim et pour y échapper, la princesse Mabushina s'enfuit sur Terre avec cinq pierres précieuses dont elle souhaite confier les pouvoirs à cinq guerriers qui pourraient lui venir en aide. Tandis qu'elle n'est parvenue qu'à réunir quatre combattants, le pro-gamer Izumi Tametomo, la jeune athlète Hayami Sena, l'acteur Oshikiri Shiguru et la médecin Oharu Kiyo, les forces de Yodonheim commencent à attaquer la Terre. Le jeune lycéen Atsuta Juru va alors devenir malgré lui le cinquième Kiramager.

Ataru Aida lives with his mother and has never moved out of his childhood room. A clean freak since he was a little boy, Ataru hates to go out and is cynical and seriously lacking in communication skills. He was having a blast with his work-from-home situation brought upon by the COVID-19 pandemic when, one fateful day, he is fired for having an attitude problem.

Kasumi Aiko is a high school girl who is the star player in the basketball club. Aiko has a short, blonde hair and looks masculine. One day, she works part time at her brother's maid cafe and wears a long-hair wig. She then caught the eyes of Amano Reo, who is the handsome ace of the basketball club and Aiko's rival. Aiko was flustered and called herself "Mai". Reo on the other hand, fell in love with "Mai" and confessed.

Sailor Zombie was a TV-Tokyo Drama which featured members of AKB48 in its main casts, some of their guests are also from AKB48. It's title theme song Sailor Zombie was sung by the sub-unit Milk Planet who are also in the Drama as narrators.

Author Tarō Obika is an obsessed single father who loves his daughter so much, he decides to go to the same college. Nicknamed Gatarō, he was widowed when his wife died of an illness and has raised his only child Sakura all on his own. Things are about to change drastically as Sakura prepares to enter a coeducational university after going to an all-girls school all her life. Worried sick, Gataro enrolls not only in the same school, but also in the same department, and the madness begins! Unable to control his anxiety, he sticks his nose in her every business, from classes to extracurricular activities, parties, dating events, cultural festivals, part-time jobs, and everything else college kids do. But as the 40-year-old middle-aged dad gets involved in the youthful pursuits of Sakura and her colleagues, he finds himself enjoying life even more than them.
