L'action se passe à l'Hôtel Royal, à Hokkaido, au Japon, et suit les clients, la famille qui gère l'hôtel et le personnel. Masayo Tanaka est la seule enfant de la famille qui dirige l'Hôtel Royal. Elle n'a pas réussi à entrer dans une école d'art et elle travaille donc dans l'entreprise familiale. Elle ne montre ses émotions à personne.

Mitsuko Motomiya (Haruka Fukuhara) is a mysterious total coordinator. To get what her client wants, she changes their visuals from head to toe and also their mentality through coaching. Using any means necessary, she always makes her client successful. Her next client is Natsu Imai, who is a single mother with a string of bad luck. Natsu Imai's aim is to become the president of a large company that is run by a family. Meanwhile, Mitsuko Motomiya has a secret.

Hikari Ichinose failed at work and in love. She is desperate but finally lands a new job. Her employer is a production company which currently creates a variety show. Hikari Ichinose works with Director Chiba at the variety show. He has a foul mouth but is passionate about his work. Hikari Ichinose as an AD (assistant director), has difficult times at her job. One day, she sees Oji-san who introduces himself as a fairy. Nobody can see or hear Oji-san except for Hikari Ichinose. Since then, Oji-san follows her.
