In a Slavonian village, in 1960s, a rich man Marko offers Janja to marry his son Iva, which Janja sees as the perfect opportunity for her dreams to come true.

Sur le point de perdre un emploi mal payé et l’appartement dont il est locataire, Vatroslav, étudiant installé à Zagreb, accepte la proposition de son collègue et camarade Filip de le remplacer et d’aider sa grand-mère Mariljka avec la cueillette des tomates à Little Head, une île isolée des Dalmates. Une fois sur l’île, Vatroslav fait face à l’excentricité des locaux, excentricité qui frise parfois l’hostilité assumée. Seule la dentiste locale semble disposée à l’aider. L’île et sa base militaire désaffectée de la période yougoslave renferment des secrets que le brandy utilisé par la grand-mère comme fertilisant ne va pas tarder à révéler. Il va vite apparaître que ce breuvage n’est pas seulement une boisson alcoolisée, et la consommation des tomates nourries à cet engrais va donner lieu à une épidémie de zombies parmi les habitants.

Six young friends decide that the 2015 spring equinox is a great reason to throw a party. Two of them will prepare the "venue", the other two will get the booze, and the last two will get the weed. And right before midnight, they'll meet at the party to welcome the arrival of spring. Or not, depending on how they handle the situations they find themselves in while trying to run their seemingly simple errands, in which we get to know Zagreb, its life and nightlife, and the characters get to know themselves and each other.

A group of teenagers celebrate Labour day at a remote house near the lake. Filip disappears, Sofija longs for a touch, Isidora runs away to forget, and Alisa wants to spend a beautiful day. In search of something they’ve been missing, everybody seems to be forgetting about Filip.
