In this movie we follow fate not a person but car: first Soviet Lada. It starts with Brezhnev daughter and then gradually moves on parallel to last years of USSR into wild after-perestroika years with bandits and newly born oligarchs.

They play tough, masculine games, when the passion of hunting turns into a thirst for profit, paint into blood, fidelity into betrayal, when betting is friendship, and winning is life. One of the three old institute shareholding partners "orders" the fourth - the head of the Bank of Daniel. But even the hired killer did not know about the explosives in the house. And so, after the explosion in the basement, there are three - the killer, the victim and his daughter. The movie takes place at a charity event at a country house during which a series of people try to talk an oligarch into giving money for a project. Masha, a young attractive woman, has been invited as a possible lure for the oligarch, and she has brought with her a casual acquaintance, Nick, a Russian living in the United States, who films the party for a documentary project. Later, he shows the footage to his producer Kate.
