Moscou, 1973. Serguei Narbekov est un étudiant très peu studieux, il préfère les fêtes bien arrosées avec ses amis d'école. Il habite avec sa mère, son frère cadet et son grand-père, célèbre archéologue. En classe, Sergueï fait la connaissance de Liouda Beletskaya qui lui plaît beaucoup. Un film sur la jeunesse moscovite des années 70.

Nurick and Yaroslav are trying to robe a criminal boss. Unfortunately Nurick dies but returns to the world with a mission: to be the guardian angel of Yaroslav.

Anatoli Yefremovich Novoseltsev works in a ratings company, whose director is an unattractive and bossy woman. An old friend of his, Yuri Grigorievich Samokhvalov, who gets appointed assistant director, wants to make Novoseltsev the manager but encounters objections from Ludmila Prokopievna Kalugina, the director. Samokhvalov then advises Novoseltsev to lightly hit on the boss. Ironically, Novoseltsev and Kalugina fall in love with each other...
