Two thirty-something friends head out on a Friday night to escape the drudgery of their daily grind. Unfortunately, they miss the last subway home and circumstances lead them into an increasingly strange series of misadventures with increasingly strange people. Contact with the night's idiosyncratic characters proves entertaining, frightening and ultimately enlightening.

At the dawn of the Second World War, Nazism was extending its grip over South America. The Golden Angel, a Mexican masked wrestler, was recruited by the Americans in order to flush out the spies of the Third Reich and put a stop to their nefarious schemes. The Golden Angel’s assignments, still classified Top Secret and therefore absent from the history books, even brought him to a pivotal confrontation with Hitler himself. Inspired by the spirit of classic mockumentaries such as Woody Allen’s ZELIG and Peter Jackson’s FORGOTTEN SILVER, the film takes viewers on a unique version of the fight against the Third Reich, joyfully erasing the border between fiction and reality for the viewers who, taken on this unique ride, can’t help but ask: did this really happen?

Dannny McNamara est un ancien agent du FBI dont la spécialité est les antiquités et les oeuvres d'art volées. Lexi Vaziri est une voleuse d'arts pleine de ressources encore hantée par la mort de son père, pour laquelle elle tient Danny responsable. Lorsqu'un terroriste du nom de Karim Farouk s'enfuit avec un artefact d'une valeur inestimable et kidnappe le mentor de Danny, la Dre Anna Castillo, l'ancien agent décide de recruter Lexi afin de traduire Farouk en justice et pour secourir Anna. Tandis qu'ils pourchassent leur cible dans le monde, Danny et Lexi se retrouvent d'une manière inattendue au coeur d'un combat de 2000 ans avec comme enjeu le berceau de la civilisation.

Bashir Hamed, médecin urgentiste talentueux qui a fui la guerre civile en Syrie où il est né, émigre au Canada. Doté d'une grande empathie envers les patients et ses méthodes médicales parfois peu orthodoxes mais redoutablement efficaces, Bash doit sans cesse prouver ses compétences, constamment remises en question à cause de son origine.
