A group of actors in Madrid are cast in a theatre show conceived as a dance marathon and as an unscripted competition. ‘Malditos’ follows their drifting between success, failure, fame and self-realization, interweaving non-fiction interventions and staged representations, constantly blurring the boundaries between fiction and reality.

Carolina is a young woman who lives in her old van. She is pregnant and has decided to live her pregnancy freely. Away from doctors and away from her family, which she was very close to. She enters into the depths of an ancient society which provides its services to those who need it. A journey without cuts to the deepest instincts of motherhood.

María is a thirty-year-old from Madrid who is dissatisfied with her existence and, despite her efforts to make an artistic career a reality, she has no choice but to end up working in a flower shop in her neighbourhood.
