A young couple who has been trying desperately to have a baby seek an alternative solution to their problem. Unable to afford regular surgery, they agree to have their unorthodox procedure steamed live, which includes the demise of an organ donor. Soon after their lives delve deep into the underground world of snuff films and red rooms.

Random innocent victims are hunted and butchered in this true love letter to the horror movies of yesteryear, while pure hatred is used to put a permanent stop to these psychopaths. Ancient rites and slaughter inevitably intersect. Whatever the outcome, no flesh will be spared.
