Rashad is a young man facing eviction. Rashad gets swept into a world of crime after an old friend (Andre) persuades him he can make quick money running drugs.

Mario Latona, and his best friend "Silk shirt" Johnny are young kids with a passion for crime. Mario dreams of becoming a real gangster like his Uncle Frank, an under-boss of the local mob chapter, but in order to do so he has to operate at the lowest ranks first. When things are just going good for Mario, Johnny becomes greedy and reckless, while an older wiseguy who's been locked up since the 1980's returns home to cause trouble for the young crew.
