Raktdhar is based on a real-life incident, which involves the death of a eunuch who is brutally raped. One of her friends, a fellow eunuch, (played by Shakti Kapoor) avenges her death in a meticulous way by entering politics and changing the system and eventually becoming the Chief Minister of the state.

Well known for his believes in fairness, justice, and fair play, Raja Prithviraj holds sway over a large rural territory in India. His word is the law, and no one would dare to cross swords with him.
