This is the story of Murari who wants to become a filmstar. He runs away from his house and goes to Mumbai to become a superstar. When he reaches Mumbai his whole world turns upside down. Fortunately he finds a friend in Mr Dubey who also is a struggler to get a break in films. They face hardships and at times they have to sleep in local trains. By the Gods grace Murari (Asrani) gets work as Junior Artist and works hard remembering the words Dharmendra told him once when they had met. His hard work pays off and one day he becomes the superstar of the film industry. But what about the flip side? Will he forget his old friends who had helped him during his struggle?

The film tells the story of Professor Dinanath who invents a potion that can make anyone who takes it invisible.

In order to study abroad in Great Britain, Ramesh agrees to marry a village girl named Sudha, but refuses to love her. Heartbroken, Sudha tries to kill herself, but is rescued by Shankernath, who coaches her etiquette and teaches her English so she can go to England to win back her husband. The plan seems to work perfectly, until Shankernath discovers his own long lost granddaughter, Jenny, has fallen in love with Ramesh.

The movie revolves with a story of innocent young man who is entrapped and convicted in a murder case. After release from jail he knows the truth and he takes revenge on those person behind the plot.

A scientist renowned for creating a potion that makes him invisible is framed for the murder of his prospective father-in-law.
