The residents of a village are in a dilemma because they have to make a choice for the candidate to be their village head, which puts them up to crazy antics and behaviours. The return is a question mark. Is it a sought after rank or responsibility? Who is the best candidate to replace the people's representative?

This story is about a fisherman named Cik Gerhana, who is also a younger brother of Cik Purnama who falls in love with a girl he met in a festival ceremonial in Kampong Pisang. At the same time, a mystery lingers around Kampong Pisang on the appearance of Hantu Kum Kum that targeting a newborn baby. The situation gets even more complicated when a spirit of a former Mak Yong performer by the name Cik Mek died young and is seeking to avenge her death in Kampong Pisang.

Two rival gangs, one lead by Taiko Raja(S.Gana) and another lead by Ah Meng (Echo Quah), are always at odds with each other. One day, an incident occurs in the village where Sulaiman (Ropie) is the respected leader of the local community. Sulaiman finds out about it and brings Raja and Ah Meng together. There on, they become good friends until there is a conflict due to developers, land issues, and the tricks of their gang members. Sulaiman proposes a non violent solution to Raja and Ah Meng, this is when hilarity ensues.
