Ajay is a musician by hobby and also runs a business. His younger brother Arun wants to become a doctor. After his mother’s death, Ajay becomes the head of the family however, he falls into debt. He decides to take singing lessons to earn money. Bandana is a good singer and she starts taking classes from Ajay. Ajay starts liking Bandana because she is a charming lady and sings well. Arun and Bandana meet and they fall in love. Ajay is forced to sell his inherited property to pay Arun’s fees. His poverty is only short-lived as his popularity spreads and he becomes wealthy. In the meantime, Arun comes to know that Ajay has sold their family property but does not know the reason behind the act. This creates a misunderstanding between the two brothers. However, it is soon cleared and Ajay transfers his wealth to his brother. Arun and Bandana got married.

King Uttampad has shortage of nothing but he has no child. His devotee wife Suniti Devi worships Vishnu. Suniti herself arranged another marriage for her husband with a beautiful princess. But the princess could not provide any child to the king. Queen Suniti left the palace and went into the jungle. One day Uttampad in his way to the jungle takes shelter in Suniti's place. After a long time queen Suniti met her husband and she gave birth to a son, named Dhruba. Dhruba worships Lord Vishnu and the God appears to him.

Lord Krishna visits Suryapith with his friend Akrur, where they meet Satyabhama, the daughter of Satrajeet. Akrur proposes to Satyabhama, but she addresses him as a brother, leading him to resent Krishna. Satyabhama, however, falls in love with Krishna. Unaware, Satrajeet arranges Satyabhama’s marriage with Kritabarma. Meanwhile, Jarasandha, the king of Magadh, desires the Syamantak gem to win Jambavati’s hand in marriage. His ally, Satadhanya, also covets Satyabhama. When Satadhanya attacks Satrajeet to seize the gem, Krishna intervenes, defeating him and protecting Satrajeet and Satyabhama. However, Satrajeet distrusts Krishna, hiding the gem with his brother, Prasan. When Prasan is killed by Jarasandha’s spy, who is then slain by Jambavan, Krishna retrieves the gem from Jambavan after defeating him. Later, during Krishna and Satyabhama's wedding, Satyabhama and Akrur kill Satrajeet to seize the gem but are ultimately defeated by Krishna.
