An epic about one of the most turbulent times in the recent history of the Buenos Aires suburbs. In this context, a group of idealists emerges who are specifically called: "The bastards."

Morning breaks on a typical traffic jam on Highway 2 where some lost characters -a goth girl, a gypsy and some sort of pastor- walk alongside the road. They walk through sunflower fields, arrive at the Mar del Plata beach, go up the boardwalk and get lost in an open air popular dance hall. There, street artists, dancers and singers have been meeting for more than 30 years.
