Mel has a successful life. It all changes when her fiancé, Joe, is involved with another woman. She changes drastically and had all her friends worried. They decide to introduce Mel to Are, a book store owner and brownies baker. When Mel and Are fall in love, Joe reappears and tries to reclaim his love for Mel.

I'm Minar. This is the love story of me and Sahat (and... my mother-in-law). Exciting. Annoying. Excited. At the same time very challenging. Plus the background of a large Batak family which is full of drama and assumptions, my stories often end up being ridiculous and almost making me frustrated. Moreover, my mother-in-law and I have different beliefs about love and happiness, especially when it comes to Sahat, our favorite.
