Des sportifs de l'extrême se rendent en ex-Yougoslavie pour filmer leurs exploits. Sur place, l'un d'eux a le malheur de filmer un inconnu qui s'avère être Slobodan Pavle, un criminel de guerre serbe ayant réussi à se faire oublier des autorités judiciaires. Ce dernier et ses hommes vont alors tenter d'éliminer les témoins gênants de son existence.
