Afro-Brazilian poet and politician, the legendary Carlos Marighella. Driven to fight against the erosion of civil and human rights following the CIA-backed military coup of 1964 and the brutal, racist right-wing dictatorship that followed, the revolutionary leaves behind his wife and son to take up arms, becoming a notorious enemy to the power structure.

In an arid, remote place, three people live monotonous lives: every day, while the woman feeds the animals and does the laundry, the man of the house and his field hand plow the land. But when an unexpected event breaks that routine, the oppression and cruelty will manifest unfettered.

Dans un avenir dystopique dans lequel seuls des politiciens douteux sont élus, une jeune comédienne sur Internet décide de se présenter au poste de gouverneur pour plaisanter et finit par gagner. Avec un pouvoir immense et aucune idée de comment l'utiliser, elle tente de gérer à la fois sa vie personnelle trépidante et un État ravagé par une grave crise économique.

A group of youngsters get lost while hiking in the woods and are suddenly attacked. Wounded and with one of them have being captured, they find shelter in an eerie village shrouded in an eternal mist, a place from where no one can escape.
