C'est l'histoire d'Alex, il travaille dans un restaurant fréquenté par la haute société londonienne et n'en peut plus de supporter tous les clichés de cette foule outrancière et sans vergogne qui le méprise. Le jour où il pète les plombs et se retrouve à la rue, il décide de se venger de ce monde mené par les riches où les pauvres n'ont pas leur mot à dire. Lui et le petit groupuscule qu'il a réuni est récupéré par les services secret russes qui le soutiennent pour mettre hors d'état de nuire le plus dangereux de leurs ennemis, le premier ministre, être dominé sans le savoir par sa matrone de femme, qui ne voit la vie que par le sexe et la bière et surtout, qui a sa façon très personnelle de régler les situations extrêmes.
