Halim et Mina tiennent un magasin de caftans traditionnels dans l'une des plus anciennes médinas du Maroc. Afin de répondre à une clientèle exigeante, ils engagent un apprenti. Mais Mina se rend compte que Halim est ému par sa présence.

Doah has a rare eye disease that gives her a disturbing appearance. Because of that she is being outcast by the children in the village. Together with her mother she must fight against prejudice and hatred in the pursuit of a friend.
