Park, a doctor from Bangkok, is sent to Koh Panyi, Phang Nga, a Muslim fishing village in the Andaman Sea. To return home, he must prove himself as a good doctor. Eventually, he becomes a hero on the island. The warmth of the community makes him fall in love and realize that a doctor can love patients and their daughters. Later, he faces a tough decision between returning to Bangkok or staying on Koh Panyi. The love and bonds he discovers make him carefully consider his options for a heartwarming conclusion.
