Murat is a dedicated construction worker building a gargantuan wall for a boss whom none of the workers has ever seen. After the departure of his colleague, Ali, and his relocation on the other side of the wall imposed by Yavuz, the boss' right-hand, Murat sinks into a whirlwind of tension that leads him to struggle to meet the man he works for.

Fin des années 1800. Ziya est un petit garçon très curieux qui admire son père, un docteur. Au début du XXe siècle, désormais adulte, il se rend dans un village lointain pour y étudier la médecine. Son approche et son talent attirent l'attention de son professeur, qui l'oriente vers l'un de ses anciens mentors, réputé pour être un génie. Lorsqu'une expérience tourne mal au sein du laboratoire, Ziya ramène son professeur à la vie en dépit de ses mises en garde.
