Jerry has to sort out a number of guests problems; including a man who wants to dress up as a baby, a man with 3 lovers (one of them a transexual) and a fat woman who wants to be a pole dancer. However, on this particular day, something out of the ordinary will happen...

Les tentatives d'Oswald « Oz » Cobb de prendre le contrôle de Gotham City. La ville est en danger suite à l'effondrement de la digue qui la protégeait et Oz cherche à combler le vide laissé par la mort du puissant Carmine Falcone et ainsi enfin offrir à sa mère, Francis, la vie qu'il lui a toujours promise. Cependant, Oz doit d'abord affronter ses ennemis, parmi lesquels les enfants de Carmine, Sofia et Alberto Falcone; la famille Maroni, dirigée par Salvatore, son patriarche actuellement sous les verrous ; et la réputation démoralisante d'Oz lui-même, que l'on surnomme « le Pingouin ».
