Elle ne tarde pas à apprendre qu'elle a été aspirée dans la réalité macabre d'un jeu mobile se déroulant dans un bâtiment fantomatique « hanté » où chaque étage regorge de dangers, d'horreurs et de secrets terrifiants. Pire encore, elle découvre que lorsque les joueurs involontaires ne parviennent pas à passer un niveau du jeu, ils tombent immédiatement dans le coma. N'ayant pas d'autre choix, elle commence à jouer et rencontre un autre joueur, Gao Xuan (Wei Zhe Ming). Le duo commence à naviguer à travers les périls de l'immeuble, se dirigeant lentement vers le redoutable 19e étage. Mais qu'est-ce qui les attend au dernier niveau décisif du jeu ?
