A witch conjures up evil spirits in the form of malignant sunflower plants which wreak havoc on a small suburban town. And a group of bullied teens must fight to survive these and other terrors that await them on Halloween Night.

Après avoir hérité d'une propriété isolée au bord d'une rivière, Randall commence à être confronté à une série de phénomènes inexplicables. Les habitants de la région racontent des histoires sur le fantôme du capitaine Pete et son équipe d'hommes-rats démoniaques. Dans l'espoir de démystifier ces légendes, Randall découvre rapidement quelque chose de bien plus sinistre qu'il n'aurait jamais pu l'imaginer.
