Seisa lives in Inujima, a small island in Okayama. She posts pictures of the island on SNS. One day, a Japanese woman living in Canada contacts her through her SNS account and asks her to take pictures of Inujima from her memories. Seisa sets out to look for those spots...

Sachi (Yamada Anna) and Ayari (Otomo Karen) suddenly become sisters after their parents remarry. Right after their marriage, the parents go on a trip overseas. Sachi and Ayari begin to live together. They are the same age and attended different high schools. Sachi is extroverted and loves eating delicious food. Ayari is introverted and enjoys cooking delicious food. At first, the two girls feel awkward being around each other, but, through food, they get to know each other and develop a bond.

As science is growing ever closer to the taboo field of regenerative medicine, a mysterious new student named Maki Togawa begins attending the International Dolly Girls' College. Soon after, a series of strange and horrific events occur in and around the school, seemingly in the proximity of or due to new student Maki.
