A killer uses a college radio station as a means of instilling fear in his victims. When he threatens the Sigma Zeta Whirlda fraternity house, their Halloween party flares up with panic and fear.

A group of women take on a major crime lord on the streets of Los Angeles in the lawless "Calles de Infierno" district in a bid to take over his business and rule the city.
