A wealthy ex-playboy, Count Roland tires of married life to the sex guide magnate Barbara and decides to return to his old ways. He poses as a butler and becomes a servant to rich and beautiful women, but many complications ensue.

Pierrot, a short-sighted, indolent and distracted young boy gets involved in a carnival at the Palais de la Rigolade whose main attraction is to place the women in an ascending current of air which makes their skirts fly. A fight in this Palace makes him lose his job. Then he meets Yvonne, the daughter of Pradonet, the owner of the funfair. He falls in love with Yvonne who hardly seems to share his feelings.

Central America in 1915. It is the age of revolutions, tyranny, captains and colonels in a small provincial town that is often invaded by some revolutionary group or other. There is a brothel of which the Madame Simone and most of the girls, are French. Many of the girls are in love with rebel leader Carlos Rrbas and when government troops re-occupy the area, they hide him. When the soldiers discover him, they take both him and the girls prisoner. The governor sends the girls out in a cart to amuse the troops, but they manage to escape along the way and take refuge in a convent where they take over the nuns.

Martial le mac est suriné au Tonton Bar par Machin le Fataliste et Noël Cavalcanti, deux malfrats qui espèrent mettre la main sur sa Compagnie Autoroutière du Plaisir, réseau de prostitution en caravanes. Panthéra, la veuve de Martial restructure la société et fait former quatre jeunes employées par ses deux bras droits, Martine et Pauline. Les actions montent subitement en flèche et Panthéra prend des vacances avec Boulou, le serveur noir, mais Cavalcanti et le Fataliste retrouvent les filles et les brutalisent. La situation est grave d’autant plus que le commissaire Baruche compte les coups sans intervenir. Panthéra reprend pourtant l’affaire en main et les deux gangsters finissent très mal à la merci de ces demoiselles. Un industriel japonais offre une fortune pour implanter une C.A.P. Tokyo -Yokohama. Geishas et tapineuses en grand comité font un sort au commissaire Baruche, folle notoire.
