A low-budget production company are making a film about the lottery. When a prop ticket bought on set turns out to be winning, the crew must decide who gets to keep its fortune.

In the pink-tinged nostalgia of the mid-90s, best friends Addie and Ella's sleepover takes an unexpected turn. The alluring alien, Aurelius, crash lands in Addie's back garden and becomes the unsuspecting object of both girls' infatuation. Set to the music of David Bowie, the film is an exploration of young female friendship and male validation.

Fuelled by a desperation and determination to break free from their abusive and dysfunctional home life, Violet, a straight-A student, persuades Alexis, her naive yet glamorous younger sister, into a series of unconventional and dangerous decisions to generate income. With big dreams of stardom, New York City, and a 1970's flair, the bond between the two sisters is put to the test when we see just how far each of them are willing to go in pursuit of their independence.

The Film follows Sarah Kaplin, a young woman who, after a heated argument with her father, leaves home and sets out on a walk to clear her head. In doing so, she unwillingly awakens a dark entity within herself that holds sinister intentions.
