High school girl Hinoki has a keen sense of smell. Perhaps it has something to do with her father, who ran a coffee bean roasting store. This sets the quiet and contemplative girl apart from others. When she reads a notebook left behind by her late father, she discovers that he had written his impressions of the films he had seen at mini-theatres across Japan. However, one mini theatre, the location of which is unmarked, has notes on smells and impressions. Inspired to find it (and without telling her mother), Hinoki decides to venture forth and visit the cinemas her father had visited, handing out coffee beans to people she meets, all while searching for her father’s fading scent. As she does so, over the course of her laidback and slightly melancholy adventure she becomes a little more mature.

Par une soirée pluvieuse, Fumi, un étudiant de 19 ans, rencontre Sarasa, 9 ans, dans un parc. La fillette vit séparée de ses parents, auprès de sa tante. Sarasa confie à Fumi qu’elle ne veut pas retourner chez sa tante. Fumi décide alors d’emmener l’enfant dans son appartement et ils vivent ensemble pendant deux mois, avant que le jeune homme ne soit arrêté pour enlèvement.

Après la mort de Shogo Ogami à Hiroshima, le détective Shuichi Hioka a mis en œuvre avec succès le plan de Shogo Ogami, qui consistait à contrôler les yakuza pour empêcher de nouvelles guerres de gangs et éviter que des innocents ne soient blessés. Shuichi Hioka gère les organisations criminelles, mais, à cause d'une personne maléfique qui est libérée de prison, la situation change radicalement.

In a coastal town attracting artists, 14-year-old Sosuke and his friends stay busy painting and helping with school projects. As carefree children interact with secret-laden adults, the sunlit ocean reflects their contrasting struggles—kids embracing challenges while adults seek elusive answers.

It follows a group of people who are still living in temporary housing 12 years after a natural disaster called "Nani" destroyed their town.

Koharu is a dull high school girl who is always alone. Her only hobby is making plastic models. One day, Koharu stops by a mysterious antique shop and purchases a plastic model gun and a toy figure named Alice. After spending the entire night assembling the gun, Koharu wakes up and witnesses bullets flying everywhere in school. She then meets Alice who moves like a human and tells her to get ready for a survival battle called "Girl Gun Fight", where she has to attack her schoolmates with a gun.
