Two friends, Noah and Gethin, revisit memories of their teenage lives living in a small village in the valleys of South Wales. Told in various flashbacks - fond memories of their younger years come flooding back, along with the memory of a third friend, Owain.

When Benny struggles to adjust coming home from uni for the summer, amongst his group of friends who have also changed, he encounters a problem. He realises he has feelings for his childhood best friend, Tom!
