The film tells the story of Blood Incantation’s time in Berlin during the summer of 2023, recording “Absolute Elsewhere” at the legendary Hansa Studios.

The Stargate presents the saga of a mysterious artifact and its victims in a hallucinatory synthesis of science fiction and folk horror, where mind bending imagery and unsettling atmospheres converge in a surreal tale of primeval blood magic, interdimensional travel and grotesque otherworldly technology beginning in the Dark Ages and journeying into voids of deep space.

In Summer 2020, BLOOD INCANTATION filmed and recorded a live performance of their much celebrated “Hidden History of the Human Race” album, which has been released in November 2019 through Century Media Records and Dark Descent Records.
