Paramedic Komal is on a mission to deliver a live heart case for transplant. Tony drives taxis, his latest passenger is filmmaker Manjil, on his way to Dharan after hearing a tragic news about his mother. Their journey takes a dark turn when they encounter a vigilant cult with intentions to consume the hearts of young women in order to be awakened.

During a storm in a remote Nepalese village, a mysterious man finds refuge in the house of a family haunted by their father's disappearance years before. Strangely unwilling to leave, he slowly reawakens lost memories of the missing father.
