An unemployed actor, suffering from a mental block, is offered to play a tragicomic part in his own life. In return for a flat, he is meant to pick up a girl and then “transfer” her to his employer.

A man journeys by rail to a nameless sanatorium where his father has recently died. Once there, time loses its linearity and he finds himself in a world that appears both strange and strangely familiar.

A young policeman gets into trouble after winning the lottery. Adventure and problems follow, as well as lots of beautiful women. The officer runs danger to fall prey to a large scam, but he also can find true love and realizes: in order to win his fate, he has to take chances and play.
