Molly et ses trois amis étudiants en art, s’embarquent dans la mission de trouver une maison vide à Londres, avec l’intention d’y vivre en la squattant, sans payer de loyer et libres de faire la fête. Ayant déniché le squat idéal, ils s’y installent et commencent à décorer l’intérieur de telle sorte qu’il reflète leurs goûts artistiques. Malheureusement pour eux, un cauchemar les attend au sein de cette bâtisse, au sein d’une impitoyable nouvelle réalité. Qui ou quoi organise leur disparition sanglante ? La maison semblait vide mais cependant une force maléfique est de toute évidence active en ces lieux.
