The main event bout between Takeru Segawa and Leona Pettas for the K-1 Super Featherweight Championship will serve as the headliner. The heavyweight bout between Kyotaro and Kosuke Jitsutaka was likewise rescheduled. The fight between the former K-1 Lightweight champion Rukiya Anpo and Kaito was scrapped, as Anpo was forced to withdraw due to injury. Yodkhunpon Sitmonchai, Dansiam AyothayaFightGym, Kamlaiphet Pran26 and Petchseenil Sor Puangthong will all be unable to compete due to travel restrictions caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. TETSU versus Tomoya Yokoyama, MIO versus Mako Yamada, Akihiro Kaneko versus Momotaro Kiyama and Hiroki versus Ryuka were all rescheduled for this event as well.

The K-1 WORLD GP 2021 JAPAN ～よこはまつり～ takes place on September 20, 2021, at Yokohama Arena in Yokohama, Japan. This kickboxing event features Kenta Hayashi facing Daizo Sasaki in a super lightweight bout as a key matchup. Other fighters include Rukiya Anpo, Sina Karimian, and Hirotaka Asahisa across various weight classes. A special heavyweight bout marks Satoshi Ishii’s kickboxing debut against Ryo Aitaka.

The K-1 WORLD GP 2023 Super Welterweight & Women's Flyweight Double Title Match takes place on July 17, 2023, at Ryogoku Kokugikan in Tokyo, Japan. This kickboxing event features Daikai Shima defending his Super Welterweight title against Jordann Pikeur in the main event. The co-main event showcases Kana Morimoto defending her Women’s Flyweight title against Mckenna Wade. Other fighters include Masaaki Noiri, Taito Gunji, K-Jee, and Pine Narupon across the card.
