Pour rompre le charme, Elisa doit tricoter 6 pulls de laine d'orties en restant muette pendant 6 ans ! Si un mot ou un cri s'échappe de ses lèvres, ses frères mourront sur le champ...

Un vieux chef honorable prend la décision d'adopter Okimi afin de lui offrir une seconde chance et de favoriser son union avec l'homme qu'elle aime. Dans l'ombre plusieurs clans rivaux ourdissent des complots pour prendre le contrôle du théâtre .... Tai Kato revient aux manettes pour le sixième Lady Yakuza, suite directe du "jeu des fleurs" qu'il avait déja réalisé. Visuellement époustouflant, le film contient la plus belle séquence finale de toute la série, un massacre au sommet d'une tour proprement anthologique...

Zatoichi se retrouve fortuitement invité à une cérémonie qui réunit tous les clans yakuzas de la région, sous l'égide de leur chef suprême, un cruel et démoniaque parrain, aveugle comme lui. D'abord accueilli comme un des leurs, le "parrain Zatoichi", porte-parole de valeurs morales très personnelles, devient vite un convive gênant. Craignant qu'il ne nuise au bon déroulement de la cérémonie qui doit élire son successeur, le roi de la pègre, surnommé aussi le "shogun de l'ombre", décide d'éliminer Zatoichi. Pour cela, il va utiliser la seule arme capable, d'après lui, de terrasser le bretteur hors pair : la séduction. Et, effectivement, Zatoichi va tomber éperdument amoureux de la femme chargée de le tuer...
