Hyuk-jin has just broken up with his girlfriend and decides to take a trip to Jeongseon in the province of Gangwon-do. The next day, his friends are too hung over to get up, so Hyuk-jin makes his way to his destination alone. A trip of opportunity takes a cruel and unexpected turn as misunderstanding and crossed paths occur over and over again.

Moodori is a small village in the mountainous province of Gangwando South Korea. The village revolves around three elderly men named Bong-Gi, Hae-Gu and Bang-Yun. The fortunes of the village gets turned upside when a young man that was passing through town commits suicide there. The young man turns out to be the webmaster for a website centered group assisted suicides. The town of Moodori becomes a destination of sorts for other people looking to commit suicide. Now the three elderly men decides to take advantage of their village’s sudden popularity by opening an inn set up to accommodate the influx of travelers coming to Moodori to end their lives.

The sixth episode of 500 Years of Joseon Dynasty covers the period of Prince Gwanghae's reign in the early 17th Century, in particular the contention for the throne when Queen Inmok gave birth to Prince Yeongchang, threatening Prince Gwanghae's succession.

"Jewel in the Palace" (Dae Jang Geum) est basé sur l'histoire vraie de Jang Geum, une jeune fille de la classe ouvrière de Joseon qui parvient à obtenir un emploi comme apprentie cuisinière du palais royal. Mais la jalousie d'une famille avide de pouvoir qui a longtemps dirigé la cuisine royale provoque l'exil de Jang Geum dans l'île de Jeju. Jang Geum y rencontre une femme médecin qui lui permet de revenir au palais en tant que médecin en formation. Avec dévouement et persévérance, Jang Geum surmonte d'énormes obstacles pour finalement atteindre le plus haut poste occupé par une femme médecin à la cour royale. Elle va contribuer à sauver la vie de nombreuses personnes de la famille royale, tout en aidant le jeune savant Min Jeong Ho ( Ji Jin Hee) à déjouer les complots des puissants du royaume.
