Il s'agit cette fois des Doubt, mené par Hayashi Ranmaru et Prison Gang, mené par Jeshi. Leur but est simple et clair : occuper le territoire des SWORD.

SWORD est toujours divisé en cinq gangs : L'Association Sannoh, les White Rascals, le Lycée Oya, Les Rude Boys et Daruma Ikka. Cependant, Mighty Warriors et Doubt prennent de l'ampleur, ce qu'ils doivent à un homme énigmatique et insaisissable nommé Lee. Alors que Kohaku trahit son passé et décide de mettre à genoux SWORD, les différentes bandes subissent des attaques simultanées. La Rue sans Nom des Rude Boys brûle, alors que les quatre autres groupes sont attaqués par des vandales et des membres de Mighty Warriors. Les gangs de SWORD se rendent au QG des Mighty Warriors, et mettent de côté leurs rivalités passées afin de se venger.
