Ko Sun-Young est une animatrice radio très populaire, qui anime une émission nocturne. Un jour, elle se doit de renoncer à son émission, devant partir aux USA avec sa fille, pour que cette dernière, gravement malade, puisse se faire opérer. Le dernier jour d'antenne arrive; à son domicile, sa soeur Ah-Young s'occupe de sa nièce et de sa fille, en attendant que sa grande soeur rentre du boulot. Mais tout n'est pas aussi paisible que cela en a l'air... Alors à l'antenne, Sun-Young reçoit l'appel d'un homme, Han Dong Soo, qui lui dit être son plus grand fan et qu'ils ne peuvent pas se quitter comme cela lui chante. Il lui parle alors d'un fax qu'il a envoyé dans la journée, avec sa playlist, la liste des chansons qu'elle devra jouer durant toute la nuit, et la moindre faute dans ce que lui dictera cet homme... entrainera la mort d'une des filles présentes dans son appartement. Bien entendu, elle ne devra rien dire, ni à la police, ni à son staff...
