Il était une fois un royaume peuplé de petits habitants appelés les Nelwyns. Ce peuple paisible était dominé de temps immémorial par les Daikinis, gens de grande taille gouvernés par la cruelle reine Bavmorda. Or il advint qu’un prophète annonçât la naissance d’une princesse appelée à détrôner Bavmorda. La terrible reine ordonna alors de tuer céans tous les nouveau-nés du royaume. Elora échappa au massacre et ce fut Willow, un jeune Nelwyn féru de magie, qui la recueillit. Mais Bavmorda n’avait pas dit son dernier mot…

Nous sommes dans un futur indéterminé, après une évidente guerre nucléaire qui a rendu une grande partie du globe totalement irradiée. Le dénommé Nomade rentre d'une longue virée dans la Zone d'où il ramène un lourd bric-à-brac, récupéré sur le lieu d'anciens affrontements, qu'il espère monnayer à un ferrailleur. Parmi les hétéroclites objets, se trouve la "dépouille" d'un cyborg de la dernière génération dont il offre le "crâne" à sa petite amie inspirée par la sculpture "post-atomique"...

In the 19th century London, a young girl falls for a famous womanizing criminal and they decide to get married. Her family strongly disapproves so her father "the king of thieves" gets the gangster arrested.

Six teens who were traumatized by child abuse early in their lives come together to form a gang that ultimately plots revenge against the ones who committed the crimes against them. The gang leader is the only one who has something of a normal life, living at a hotel where he is an apprentice and friends with the managers who are like surrogate parents to him. However, when the others start to attack their tormentors, Smith is drawn into the conflagaration also.

The Paradise Club is a BBC television drama starring Don Henderson and Leslie Grantham as Frank & Danny Kane. Two series were produced and were broadcast between 1989 and 1990. The show focuses upon two brothers, Frank & Danny Kane. Their mother, Ma Kane, is the matriarch of a criminal gang in South London, helped by her son Danny. Frank has become a priest but leaves the church; he inherits The Paradise Club on the death of their mother and returns to London to try and steer Danny away from crime.
