He is whisked away by Yumraaj, the God of Death, to the heavenly gates, where the Minister must make a choice between Heaven and Swarg. Heaven did not seem too colorful, so the Minister chose Swarg, full of song and beautiful dancing women. Once in Swarg, he meets with Lord Indra, and sets about expressing dissatisfaction about the way things are run in Swarg. He then sets about creating chaos and division to the bewildered inhabitants, into creating a oppostion to Lord Indra, with hilarious and unpredictable results.

Jaggu loves Tina but is afraid to tell her. When Jaggu's mom is hospitalized, he comes to Kachra for monetary assistance, he is assigned to a task instead, and unable to complete the task he is apprehended by the police with the assistance of a librarian, and is subsequently found guilty and sent to prison. Jaggu's place is taken by Rajeshwar alias Raja, who is also attracted to Tina and even rescues her from one of Kachra's goons, Chabiley, and they both fall in love. When Jaggu returns from prison, he finds his mom has passed away, and his sister is missing, believed to have committed suicide.

Mais, tandis qu'il a une conception traditionnelle de ses productions dans laquelle le héros doit faire triompher le Bien, son fils Prateek, un préadolescent branché, n'a d'admiration que pour les « méchants ».
C'est donc pour se faire valoir aux yeux de son fiston que Shekhar met au point un jeu dans lequel le personnage négatif, Ra.One, qui est quasiment invincible contrairement à G.One, le héros. Prateek, alias Lucifer, réussit à atteindre le niveau 2 du jeu, ce qui déplaît à Ra.One, qui parvient à entrer dans la vie réelle afin d'éliminer Lucifer. Alors que Shekar est tué en protégeant son fils, G.One, qui a les traits de Shekhar, accède également au monde réel pour défendre Prateek et sa mère.
La lutte qui commence entre Ra.One et G.One va s'avérer sans merci...
