A la fin des années soixante, deux familles émigrent en Israël et se retrouvent voisines dans un minuscule village perdu au milieu de nulle part. L'une vient du Maroc et l'autre de l'Inde. Hormis un rêve, ces gens n'ont rien en commun. Loin de leurs habitudes et de leurs influences culturelles, ils tentent de reconstruire leur monde. Obligées de cohabiter, les deux communautés se jaugent et tentent d'exister par ce qui les différencie. De malentendus en préjugés, la route vers l'harmonie s'annonce aussi tortueuse que surprenante.

Aviva, a hard-working hotel cook in the small northern Israeli town of Tiberias, is on the brink of finally fulfilling her lifelong dream. A comedy of errors takes place between Paris and Eilat, and tells the story of twin brothers who have not met for 20 years. Papi, a gay fashion designer with a deserter from the Israeli Army as his boyfriend, and Max, his plumber brother who lives the simple family life in Eilat. A lawyer shows up one day to offer a $40 million dollar inheritance if both brothers meet the sole condition of having three children each.

An adventure series set in 1946, two pivotal years before the State of Israel was founded. A seemingly innocent training farm secretly functions as a Strike Forces (Palmach) training base and recruitment center for exceptional teens, as well as a home-base for illegal immigration missions and special ops against the British mandate. The show's heroes are brother and sister Emile and Elinore – fresh off the boat illegal immigrants. The native Israelis initially mock them for their otherness, but soon realize they’re better off sticking together if they want to survive through the exhausting training, the imminent dangers and the surprising secret that comes to light: proof that it is them who can salvage the budding State.
