Une embarcation de fortune arrive en vue des côtes hongkongaises avec à son bord des réfugiés vietamiens dont Wu Yuet. Ils s'envolent ensemble pour ce pays lointain mais Le passeur qui a touché l'argent pour les papiers, vend la jeune femme à un proxénète lors d'une escale aux Phillipines. Wu Yuet fait tout pour la retrouver et se retrouve sous la coupe d'un chef de gang.
