Il fut un temps où, dans la ville d'Uranopolis,vivait la Tribu Ailée, une race capable de voler.Mais après avoir perdu une bataille contre les Humains, ils ont progressivement perdu leur capacité à voler.Xue Lie , un descendant royal de la Tribu Ailée, commence a rechercher les Perles magiques Naga, afin de détruire la Tribu Humaine et de venger la mort de son peuple.Lorsque Ni Kong-kong le voleur, Ge Li le Prince Humain et Hei Yu le connétable, mettent accidentellement la main sur une boîte mystérieuse contenant les Perles Naga, ils se retrouvent traqués par Xue Lie.Après avoir perdu les perles pour Xue Lie, ils décident de faire équipe et de se précipiter à Uranopolis pour contrecarrer ses plans diaboliques.
